Research & Education Cooperative Agreement with Pwani University College, Kenya
An international research and educational cooperation agreement was recently established through the Oceanography Program of the EOAS department, between Pwani University College (Kenya) and FSU.
Potential areas available for cooperation include but are not limited to those found within Pwani’s five Schools (as well as those within its various institutional affiliates):
- Environmental Studies & Human Sciences
- Pure & Applied Sciences
- Humanities & Social Sciences
In addition to the above, Pwani University College is also in the process of developing new programs (Masters and PhD) in Aquatic Sciences (Marine Science and Oceanography) and Health Sciences, envisaged to start later in 2012.
