Where to report specific issues:

If you believe that a situation you are reporting is an emergency and requires immediate attention, call FSUPD at (850)644-1234.This number may be used 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

FSU Anonymous Reporting

For all other concerning incidents or behavior in the FSU community, you can report these anonymously through the following webpage: View Page

This includes behaviors/incidents that make you or those around you feel unsafe or unwelcome. This service is available for a variety of ethical, integrity, safety, security, and compliance concerns and may be used by anyone including, but not limited to, students, faculty, staff, patients, vendors, contractors and visitors, anyone in the world.

Ombudsperson

Provides a secure, informal place where faculty and staff are welcome to talk in confidence about matters or concerns that impact their employment at FSU. The ombudsperson is an impartial dispute resolution practitioner who strives towards fair and equitable solutions according to university policies.

Employee Personal or Work-related Concerns

Employee Assistance Program: https://eap.fsu.edu

A free, confidential program that provides a professional support system for the faculty and staff of the university. Included in this program are mediation services, which involves an informal settlement conferences guided by a trained, impartial mediator. The mediator has no authority to judge the dispute, but helps the parties explore ways of resolving their own differences.

Noles C.A.R.E. is a suicide prevention program which supports the goal of providing suicide prevention training, education, and resources to the campus community.

To reach a confidential advocate, day or night, call 850-644-7161

The VAP provides confidential advocates that are on call 24/7 to respond to FSU students, faculty, and staff who are victimized anywhere or at any time, as well as any other person who is victimized on the FSU campus, at an FSU sponsored event, or by an FSU community member. Services offered include emotional support, instructor notification, referrals, crisis intervention and assistance in student conduct, legal and medical matters.

To see a counselor, visit the center on the second floor of the Askew Student Life Center, Suite 201 between 8:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday for a brief walk in session. During the walk-in session, a counselor will determine the best plan for your needs, which may include scheduling another brief session, scheduling an intake appointment, or discussing referral options. If you are experiencing an emergency call FSUPD at (850)644-1234.
